Target Weight

Version 2.0 adds a new feature that allows you to quickly see where your bird is in relation to their 'target weight.' This feature comes about when I realized that I wanted a quick way to see when my bird was at her 'hunting weight.' This functionality has always been available through the weight estimator, but required you to do a little work.

It made sense to give you quick access to this information that the app can calculate easily given that you provide a weight that you want quick information about. The app will use your bird's current weight loss per hour then calculate when they will (or has already) hit the given weight. Here's how it works:

(current est. weight) / (current weight loss / hr) + (current time)
