Share a Bird!

Version 1.8 announces a major new feature which I believe will become essential for apprentices, mentors and sponsors! You can now share a bird with other Falconry Journal users, allowing them to see the bird's metrics, but not sensitive data such as exact kill locations, or attached files. This is a (read only) view that a sponsor can use to help track and mentor an apprentice's journey!

Here are the steps to share a bird:

• Navigate to the bird from your 'home' screen
• Tap 'share' on the bottom right of the screen
• From the Share Bird screen, tap 'Share (your bird's name)'
• Type the email address of the Falconry Journal user you would like to allow to see your bird's stats!

The recipient will receive a request to see your shared bird's data. Once a share request is accepted, both the recipient and the sender can 'unshare' the bird at any time.
